Weight Watchers, here I come!!!!!

Ok, so I'm not exactly coming there. More like I'm back. *heeheehee* Yep, it's my 3rd time in about 4 yrs. The 1st time, I lost about 10lbs., and quit because the important people in my life were kinda making fun of me. The 2nd time (a lot of issues happened that made me decide to try again), I had SOME support from Andy, and I lost 39lbs. in 1 yr. Yay! Then I got pregnant, and I gained it all back plus 1lb. *sigh* Now, 8mths. after giving birth, I've made a commitment. I just realized that I need to quit thinking about joining WW, and that I need to quit talking about joining WW. I just DID it last night, and I'm so PROUD of myself!!!!! That's a GREAT feeling to have about yourself. And you know what? This time around, Andy's more supportive of my weight loss efforts than he was any other time.

So, really, tomorrow is my first official day (since it's the 1st of the month), but I started tracking my points today. Why wait? I'm never going to get used to this eating less and healthier bit if I put off till tomorrow what I can do today. Right? So far, I've used up 9 of my 26 pts., and have used none of my 35 FlexPoints today. Heck, I haven't even exercised today either. I'm not much for exercising. I try to get out for walks when I can, but time is an issue. I hope to get some exercise tapes that a friend recommended, Walk Away the Pounds. Basically, you just march in place for 1 mile, 3 miles, 5 miles, etc. Doesn't sound hard, but she said that it is. She lost a lot of her weight from these tapes, and I'm interested in it. It's good for when the weather's bad, you know?

So, this is the beginning of a new healthier, skinnier, and happier me. Wish me luck!!!!!

*hugs*

I would like to try Walk Away the Pounds. If I don't like it then I might buy Tae Bo.

Hmmm...I tried to get you to walk around the house when you were pregnant but you never wanted to. Now you're gonna try the tapes? =P
