Well, my job situation is resolved, although not in the way you might think. The company that I have been working for since August found out that I was looking to leave. Some very cool managers took it upon themselves to make sure I would stay. They moved me into a position where I could have the stability I need. The best thing is that I have a job that is stable, and provides me with the time I need to spend with my family. I still work 40 hours a week, but at least I do not have to work overtime and on weekends, and there is no oncall.
My motorcycle is back from the shop. The fork seals have been replaced, but it turns out the dripping oil from the forks has ruined my brake pads. I kept reading that it was bad to get oil on the calipers, but I never knew why. The mechanic at the shop said that when saturated with oil, the pads do not work very well. He is right. The good news is that I can replace the pads myself relatively cheaply. I also need to clean the carbs. I really want to trade this bike in for a new one though.
For the past week now it has been extremely difficult to get Reyna to go to sleep. If she is awake at all when we put her in her crib, she tries to pull herself up and hang onto the bars. The only way I can get her to go to sleep is to give her milk when she is exhausted. Then, she will fall asleep on the bottle and can be placed in the crib.

Well, she's sick right now, so she's going down a little easier. But I fear that it'll all end as soon as she gets better. *sigh*
Congratulations!! Glad to see things are workin' out for ya dude!
